This was seriously place I never met before. I came to check in but a guy at the reception was very rude, looked down on customers, inside the hotel was very noisy and crowded, I was very unhappy to stay here and the hotel was very unsafe. I think this is a bad hotel that I have never seen before. If paypal can get my money back, then I thank you

Nothing about the property is good, there were guys loitering outside smoking different things, smoking in the building, elevator smelled and very dirty, the room had no light the entire building rigged of smoke and stale smell. The door had no lock or interior bold, the bed was dirty, bedsheet hadn’t been changed. Look this shouldn’t be a hotel its a junkie house. If you want to be safe, your money, your boxes etc do not go there, they will steal from you.

It's hard to tell where the entrance is because of all the construction at the hotel the front desk is very unpleasant unwelcoming unprofessional and very rude yelled at me for asking a question the Spanish couple behind me was approached by a Spanish agent that was standing at the side that told them if the process. I left and did not stay at the hotel and will be satisfied with just my money back.

I was locked out my room the night manager refused to let me back in screaming cursing me threatening me with other guests to harm me. He pretended to call the police and then hung up the phone in the middle of the call when he realized I was not leaving because I had not done anything wrong. So I called the police myself and was told to wait until he has time to fix my problem. I ended up walking home that night because the clerk would not let me in my room that was paid for to even get my property. I absolutely hated that experience
